Natural-Solutions - Sludge Bags
Designed to provide a safe and clean working environment on the floor of submerged pits or in any other high sludge area, Sludge Bags are an ideal on truck OH&S tool for any business in an associated industry.
The product comes in a biodegradable hessian bag which is filled with precise grade CM Zeolite which, through its porous nature, traps sludge and allows the area above the sludge to remain contaminant free.
Sludge Bags weigh approximately 9kg when dry and when used to maximum absorbency still weigh less than 15kg on removal should the bag need to be removed from the trench or pit.
However because the product itself is all natural and the hessian carry bag is 100% bio-degradable Sludge Bag can be left in the ground if the trench is to be backfilled without any risk to the environment.
When installed correctly Sludge Bag will also provide a strong non-slip surface in areas where slip hazards have been identified.

Sokerol has a natural preference for hydrocarbons (oil/fuels) making it the ideal absorbent to be used in all weather conditions for oil spills and on all surfaces including water.
Sokerol passes the Australian Standard 4493.3-1997 (TCLP - USEPA Toxic Characteristic Leaching Procedure – Method 1311) for both hydrocarbons (oils/fuels) and cooking (vegetable) oils. This means it meets the highest international standards for the retention of these liquids and is ideal for industries trying to establish an Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO14001-2004.
Sokerol absorbs 2-3 Litres per kg (depending on the liquid), reaches maximum absorbency within 2 minutes, may be used in all conditions and has no significant disposal costs, making it extremely cost effective.
Sokerol is 100% organic and non-leaching for hydrocarbons making it an ideal product for the remediation of soils that have been contaminated by hydrocarbons.
